Delicious Home-Cooked Meals are provided (if you wish). The meals periods are a great time to relax and enjoy our home-cooking while getting to know and talk to the other participants who are coming from around the world.

Cheap Accomodations. No need to search for hotel rooms with costly, high season prices. We have made arrangements with a neighborhood yoga studio (5 minute walk) where you will be able to sleep overnight (they have full shower facilities). Bring your own sleeping bag, or rent a sleeping mat, pillow and blanket for only an additional $5 per night. We can also arrange private rooms at the University of Toronto residence, but these are limited and it is a 15 minute walk. There are also many full service hotels and hostels in the area. Toronto is the most multicultural city in the world according to UNESCO. It is also considered a very safe city with many people walking in the area during the day and in the evening.
