100% Refund if you cancel (but with a $10 processing fee) before August 31, 2024

50% Refund before September 30, 2024 (or a transfer to another person or to next year is also possible)

After September 30, 2024 there are NO REFUNDS except as above (but a transfer to another person or to next year is possible)

If a transfer is requested there is a $10 processing fee.
